HEROES FOR HIRE
Heroes For Hire is my latest work-in-progress, a lighthearted fantasy card game that, like Sub-Par Heroes, doesn’t take itself too seriously. Players take on the role of a monster hunter, travelling through three unique regions to defeat a variety of creatures. The game blends humour and adventure, with quirky characters and playful mechanics that keep the tone fun and engaging. With its mix of fantasy elements and tongue-in-cheek humour, Heroes For Hire will be a unique experience for fantasy fans and casual board-gamers.
SUB-PAR HEROES
I created my first board game, Sub-Par Heroes, as a lighthearted and satirical take on the superhero genre. The game follows a group of quirky heroes, each with hilariously underwhelming abilities, as they navigate various challenges across four unique districts. I designed 50 original characters, each with their own distinct and absurd powers, adding to the playful, tongue-in-cheek atmosphere of the game. Sub-Par Heroes offers a fun, comedic twist on traditional superhero storytelling, inviting players to embrace the chaos of the deeply flawed characters.
